Dear Colleagues
If you are interested in everything related to periodontics and implants but have not yet dared to take the step, or find other training courses too theoretical, then a study club is ideal.
Since Mick Dragoo brought this concept to Hamburg in 2000, I have been enthusiastic about it. I have now been leading two study clubs since 2005 — one in Pinneberg (Ladies only — more women in surgery!) and one in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony.

The Concept
Day 1 — Theory
Presentation of your own cases, discussion of the procedure and planning of the surgeries.
Day 2 — Practice
Surgery on your own patient, with your own instruments under supervision of the instructor.
Practice rather than just theory
Your Own Patients
You operate yourself — on your own patient, with your own instruments.
Supervision
All steps are discussed beforehand and accompanied during execution.
10–15 Real Cases
Per study club you will see and discuss just as many real patient cases.
